Our Gir Cow A2 Bilona Ghee is made using the traditional Bilona method from the milk of pure Gir cows. Fresh milk is first cultured into curd, then hand-churned to extract butter, which is slowly heated to produce aromatic, nutrient-rich ghee.

This ghee is curd-based (not cream-based), free from chemicals, preservatives, or artificial additives. It delivers the authentic taste, aroma, and purity of traditional desi ghee as prepared in Indian households for generations.
